This is so bad
This is so bad. Why do I still use it? It has only worked intermittently at best. The only reason I continue is I have 2 laptops which I want to keep synched but I also back them up using a professional application (not ASUS obviously). The trouble is, it has not worked for months now. It just does not synch files to the cloud. It all starts whenever the "coders" at ASUS do an update, then nothing ever works again and they are so difficult to complain to. They are a thoroughly unprofessional company

Priced well, but slow.
I've used this service for many years now because it is priced well and the web interface isn't bad. My only problem is... im trying to download my files... and on big files it just sometimes can't seem to do it. Sometimes its at 8mb/s, but then drops to 100kb/s. Sometimes it completes, sometimes it just 'finishes' the download to a corrupt file. I'm in the process of moving to another host, and downloading my own files has been miserable. The desktop app is not great. I've tried to upload something on my phone, but the time it takes to sync to my desktop is not worth the wait to just emailing it to myself.

Good yearly price-limmited to 1 device
I like the yearly price and the app is usable, but restricting the plan to a single device and limiting speed makes it impractical for me. I will be moving back to Google One — I have 2 TB reserved with my new phone contract that covers up to five devices. Please consider increasing the device allowance or offering a multi-device tier and improving speeds. If you have any alternative plans or planned changes, I would be interested to hear about them.

Asus Webstorage is a scam software. Does not work and no support.
I purchased the Asus web storage back in 2022. I was under the impression that all is good and all my files were backed up as it specified in the dashboard; however, none of my files were backed up. It was just a big con to get my money. The product does not work, and there is no existing support. I want my money back and have them pay for all my losses.
