DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
I ordered 3 of the celestea bags, I only then saw a lot of negative reviews and changed my mind. I cancelled the order within an hour of making it so well within the stated timeframe on their website. This was on a Thursday. They acknowledged the cancellation request that afternoon and then confirmed on Friday the order was cancelled and I'd receive my money back in 2 to 5 business days. The following Tuesday I received an email that my order had been shipped and when I queried it with them, they claimed my order went out before they could stop it. Which doesn't make sense when I cancelled it within an hour of ordering it. On top of that they are now claiming I will need to accept delivery and only then can a return/refund be arranged. At that stage I assume they are going to try and make me pay delivery charges for a return. Do not buy from them, from the looks of things their products are cheap and not as advertised. And their cancellation process is a scam in itself. I should have checked reviews before ordering, do not make the same mistake as me

Low quality, not overly impressed
I ordered the Celestea shoulder bag in brown and it was delivered today. It took over a week to arrive and was shipped from China. The bag was packed tight so the straps are bent . The quality of the bag is nothing special and it also has a strange smell. It also has a very cheap bottom plate made of plastic, built inside into the bottom of the bag. I am not super impressed to be honest, I will use the bag once the smell goes, and the straps uncurl, but I wouldn’t order from them again.

a complete scam
a complete scam. items do not look like photos. feel cheap. come all the way from china and takes forever to ship. then when you try to do a return you get no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off. Bought a bag claiming to be vegan leather. Cheap canvas thing arrived, cost £50 but available elsewhere for £10. Do not buy stuff from this site. Returns a joke, will cost more to send back than it cost!
