Great quality. Impressive. Lots of choices.
Very impressed with the very pretty ‘look’ of all jewellery pieces bought. Initially quite wary about claims, but everything stated about this jewellery has proven beyond doubt to be absolutely spot on. Love the fact that you can wear it, forget it’s there until someone asks where it’s from. Company great with speed of delivery and follow ups. Highly recommend.

Disappointed
Completely disappointed with the product, the brand and the costumer care. Costumer service is very difficult to reach. Product is cheap. Images on the website are very different of the real product. I purchased an octopus ring and the image on the website looks like mate with some nice details and finish. The product turns out to be shiny, lacking details and honesty it just looks cheap. I tried to know if this is manufacturing mistake or if the product is really that different from the image on advertisement. No success in that figuring that out so I'm trying to proceed with a refund. Unclear how to proceed with the refund and communication with the brand is scarce and slow. Where should I send it? There are several addresses on the website. Do you make a tracking number for the refund? How do I know that is being processed and how long does this take? I need to pay for shipping for a product that is completely different from advertising? The images for the product and costumes reviews are absolutely different from what I got. It's not that the ring didn't meet my expectations, it is a completely different product.
