So disappointing.
I am so disappointed with this website. On the face of it, it is exactly my kind of shop - vinyl, movie soundtracks, great presentation, has everything you would want to see. I purchased 4 records, including one being a pre-order (Project Hail Mary) and was aware that they would only be able to send all 4 records together, so at point of when PHM was released. PHM was then announced to be delayed through to September - 2 months longer. I emailed asking whether they could send the other three and either refund the difference or even charge me for a further delivery fee to PHM later in the year. No response. Emailed again and further two more times, no response. It took me to messaging on Instagram for them to acknowledge and then two days later, I had an email telling me that my order had been cancelled and money to be refunded - I note that there was no apology or discussion on whether to go ahead with this, they just did it. I followed up via Instagram and asked why they did that, and all I got was "I apologize". What I find truly mindboggling is that I look at a site like this and could easily see myself spending £1000's over the years, but no budging, just cancel, no written explanation, nothing. People wonder why small companies go out of business and why we rely on Amazon. Even by actioning this they could have suggested that they could hold the other three items, whilst I order again (as it will take 5 days for the credit card charge to be refunded) and maybe a courtesy 10% discount for the frustration. But no, customer service is clearly not their interest at all. Use at your risk. I won't be.

Very Impressed!
My first order from At The Movies and I'll definitely be ordering again. I'm always a little nervous ordering vinyl as you never know how they'll be sent out but these were packaged incredibly well in a very robust vinyl mailer. Posted quickly and arrived quick too. Great prices as well! Definitely recommended!

Ive reaced out to the email provided in my order confirmation and the email listed on their website for four straight weeks now and havent heard a response yet. The contract email that is provided in the order confirmation page rejects all mail. One of my orders arrived completely destroyed. It looks like it was run over by a truck, left out in the rain. Another arrived with a few sleeve splits. In addition to the aforementioned issues I recieved three different import charges from FedEx, nearly $90 in total!?! I've asked for copies of the International Air Waybill and or copies of the Commercial Invoices that were submitted to FedEx when these orders were shipped. Vinyl is tariff free, so ATM used the wrong HS Tarrif code when they shipped it and I'm getting hit with massive fees. I then reached out to their Instagram. Someone acknowledged that they recieved my message, I explained the situation, they read the complaint on Wednesday but never followed up. Absolutely one of the most unprofessional companies I've ever dealt with.

Great experience
Great experience! Two days before release the order had already been shipped and arrived promptly with no issues. Variant was correct and safely packaged. I would order from here again.
