DO NOT BUY AUDACITY CAPITAL: Arbitrary CID Rules, VPS Traps and Account Termination Without Proof DO NOT BUY any challenges or Instant Funding accounts from Audacity Capital. If you make a profit, they will use arbitrary, unverifiable rules to deny your payout and terminate your account. Here is what happened to me on Instant Funding account #219962 (Ticket 171659 / TA 219962): I generated $2,565.65 in legitimate profits across 27 trades (1.83 Profit Factor, holding trades from several minutes up to 10 hours). When I requested my payout, Audacity Capital denied my withdrawal AND completely terminated my paid account, citing an alleged "CID Match" (device fingerprint sharing) and two short-duration executions. Here is why their justification is completely abusive and unacceptable: THE UNVERIFIABLE "CID" TRAP: Audacity officially permits VPS trading. I trade from an exclusive, dedicated VPS (BattleHost) with a dedicated static IP held solely in my name for over 12 continuous months. Because standard KVM virtual machines return NULL/empty strings for virtual hardware IDs (UUID, BIOS Serial, Disk Serial), their proprietary fingerprint algorithm hashes blank parameters, generating automatic hash collisions with unrelated VPS users worldwide. They claim "matches with other traders" from other countries, yet this is a completely opaque, non-reproducible metric that the trader has zero way to verify or defend against. They conveniently ignore 12+ months of verified, dedicated IP logs to keep your money. ARBITRARY ENFORCEMENT OF THE 2-MINUTE RULE: Their Knowledge Center does NOT state that one or two accidental executions under 2 minutes result in instant hard-breach account termination. Out of 27 trades, 25 were standard swing/day trades. One trade was a 2-second manual Stop Loss triggered by gold volatility (a $10 loss), and another was a $38 profit trade closed by an EA. Even though I offered to deduct the $38, they used these isolated events to seize over $2,500 of legitimate profits and ban the account entirely. SUMMARY: Audacity Capital will gladly take your money for evaluation/instant funding fees, but once you request a legitimate payout, they will weaponize virtualization false positives and minor execution slips to refuse payment and close your account without recourse. Save your money and trade with reputable prop firms that provide verifiable audit logs, clear contract terms, and honor legitimate payouts.

Una vez reunida la información y continuado el proceso correspondiente, los fondos finalmente fueron recuperados. La experiencia deja una advertencia clara: una plataforma puede ofrecer una apariencia profesional y aun así presentar dificultades cuando llega el momento de retirar fondos. Por eso, antes de depositar dinero es recomendable investigar la empresa por diferentes fuentes, comprobar las políticas de retiro y verificar cualquier cargo adicional antes de pagarlo. Si ya existe un problema, lo más prudente es conservar las pruebas, evitar enviar dinero adicional bajo presión y buscar asesoramiento independiente para determinar cuáles son las opciones disponibles.

Keep your stopwatch close, because apparently trades lasting less than 2 minutes are not allowed — even if they account for less than 15% of your total trades. I reached the required 10% profit target to qualify for a withdrawal, only to have my entire account breached based on a handful of trades that lasted less than 2 minutes. So apparently, you can meet every performance target, make the required profit, and still lose your account because of a rule that has a disproportionate impact on your trading — even when those trades represent less than 15% of your total activity. If a trade duration rule is this critical, it should be made absolutely clear before traders commit their money and time, not used afterwards to invalidate an otherwise successful account. Lesson learned: with this firm, don't just watch the market — watch the stopwatch.
