I’ll never shop here again. Inefficient and rude.
I went ahead and went through AutoZone because they were having a sale. This is the first time I’ve purchased from them.. it was an incredibly horrible experience. I should’ve known better to go to the advanced auto parts up the street.. not only are they much nicer they work with you before canceling your order. Because there was a few things on my order that AutoZone did not have they canceled my whole order. They didn’t do anything to try and source the parts from another store.. they put me in a position where I was not able to fix my car because I had to wait for all of my money to come back to me. This has been extremely inconvenient and I will absolutely advise anyone. I know to never shop here. They should think about hiring more friendly people as well.

I went to the store yesterday because…
I went to the store today because of a review I saw from a women about the staff called Santiago saying that he did a bad service and called her with he’s index but when I got in I got a well service from him 10/10 I don’t know if that women was having a bad day or something but the best service plus he was very nice and polite about my clueless and more helping me pick parts for the car I needed, 10/10 service no complaints.

Poor service
First things first, I’ve worked for AutoZone for 19 half years. And we always took pride in great customer service. So once I became the customer things changed. I sent my daughter to the store # 0202 to exchange a starter that was diagnosed too small for my vehicle, I want to upgrade to the 100% new starter . When searching for my warranty the customer service representative stated it was no where to be found. After going back and forth the rep continued to say it wasn’t under warranty. So when I decided to call another store spoke with the rep and immediately he found my warranty, gave me the date it was purchased, how I paid, and told me it was still under warranty. Now we’re back at the store where it was originally purchased. Only to find out that the upgrade starter was at another store 4279,asked the manager Mrs Max can we do a BHPUT and the answer was no all I could do is put it on hold. Poor service.Shout out to Chris @ 0208 for his great help not because I’m a retired employee but because he treat me like a loyal customer.

My review on auto zone pays their…
My review on auto zone pays their workers cheap and they are all young kids. I have seen people with new and brand name vehicles that goes there to have their vehicles fixed. Like I said these are kids with no experience to fix any vehicle. So don’t complain about your repairs, they are not a dealership, you get what you pay for. I just go there to buy parts for my car. Will not have anyone there touch my vehicle.
