Too much price for too many time
The product is not bad until it suddenly stop working. 4 years in my case. The customer service answer recommends to me buy the new model because the transmiter is not compatible with my model (in just for years...). Good luck if you spend your money with their products.

Poor support - Product Needs Work
Could be good for someone with normal eyes and ears not for normal 78 year old eyes and ears. PRACTICAL IMPROVEMENTS: 1. Sell the company to a capitalist company, there are none in the CHINESE COMMUNIST PARTY. 2. That little black thing is the volume remote. Two areas to press... + and - (no mute - no lighting, nothing to feel. (3" long, 1.25" wide, .25" thick, .6 oz. weight. 3. Mine fell onto a dimly lit area, in searching I stepped on it and it broke...stopped working... Avantree refused to sell me a replacement...at my age and condition getting up to go to the TV to adjust volume is painful. 4. The transmitter has a lighted screen to show the 3 Bluetooth devices max it might accomidate. There are 6 more areas to press. 1 - Connect (find paired ready device - 1 at a time). 2 - Vol up 3 - Vol down 4 - scroll down to find paired devices. 5 - scroll up to find paired. 6 - Search for paired device. None of these "buttons" are lighted...area is black. Any contrast defisioncy...find the flashlight while your back aches... Avantree gets no compliments from me. AMAZON - On the hand went beyond the call of duty... They fixed this at no $ cost to me.

Avantree Earphone Suppoort - Excellent
I have a dual set of Avantree earphones used for TV. I have a sound bar and new TV that I receive cable shows and application viewing (Netflix etc.). I could not get the ear phones to work with cable and apps without making connection changes for each and the sound bar would not work with all three. With the help of the Avantree tech rep I was able to create a seamless connection to all three. The rep was extremely patient, understanding and knowledgeable in her approach to establishing the proper connection. This was something the layman could not do and without the customer support from Avantree I would have had to hire an expensive third party. I might also add their products I find much better in quality than other well known competitors. For instance they do not cross talk with another TV located in an adjacent room as many competitive products do even though with much effort you can work around this issue.

Das Produkt TV Kopfhörer ist im Grunde in Ordnung. Jedoch sind sie nun defekt während der Garantie. Wir schreiben den 8.5.26 und ich Versuche seit 6.4.26 das Problem mit der Firma Avantree zu lösen aber es gibt keinerlei Fortschritt. Über Amazon gekauft und reklamiert aber funktioniert nicht Direkt den Support am 3.5.26 angeschrieben und eine Ticketnummer erhalten. Seither keinerlei Aktion seitens Avantree. Kundenservice ist hier wohl ein Fremdwort

All I can say is WOW!
I bought the Avantree Duet Headphones in July 2026 for my husband and I to use when watching TV. We use the headphones all the time, everyday for at least a couple of hours each. My husband's set broke at the spot where the earpiece connects to the headphone. I contacted Avantree and put in a ticket asking about the problem and could they do anything? They asked questions. They needed 3 things to replace; the order # from the purchaser, which was Amazon in my case, the date of purchase and the batch number. I submitted all 3 things and 21-1/2 months into the 24 month guarentee, they fully replaced the headphones! For me the process was easy. They were extremely helpful and always responded within 24 hours, and usually much quicker. I was amazed that they replaced it so quickly and with no real hassel. Most companies give 90 days, but not Avantree, 2 year warranty! And it was very easy! I just placed my order for the replacement headphones and they were completely free including shipping. All I can say is WOW!
