Awful service
Awful service. Sent me a bill to pay for their service. I pay and then they disappear. I have emailed multiple times asking for a refund and still nothing. It’s an absolute scam. Avoid at all costs!

They harass you with ai emails from social media - when you start to ask questions re: removing your emails they then cease communication. Very untrustworthy and bad business practices.

Extremely disappointed with this…
Extremely disappointed with this company and the way they treat long term customers. We have spent a large amount with them over the last year across TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, yet when serious issues started happening, they refused to take responsibility or offer a refund. The follower and like drops are absolutely ridiculous. Our pages have dropped from around 40k followers to 35k shortly after delivery, which makes our business look untrustworthy to clients. Because of these constant drops, we’ve actually had to stop posting content altogether as it damages our brand image every time clients see the numbers falling. We also paid for post likes which turned out to be completely misleading. The likes disappear, refills take forever or never happen, and support just keeps giving excuses instead of fixing the issue properly. We have genuinely lost business because of this service and feel completely scammed by what was promised compared to what was delivered. Avoid if you are running a serious business and care about your reputation.

I’m very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend this company. The delivery was very fast—within 24 hours, exactly as promised. The team was professional, responsive, and very attentive throughout the process, checking in by email to make sure everything was going well and to see whether I needed anything further.
