Bought 2 year subscription. Connection problems for the first 3 months which were resolved with constant url changes. Now after 6 months, account has expired and no response to emails or WhatsApp messages. Absolute Scam - avoid at all costs.

Cannot contact them
I bought a years subscription and after 6 weeks or so I lost connection. I wrote an email and it was fixed within a couple of days. However I have now lost connection again, I cannot get any emails delivered and I get nothing trying to use their chat line. I fear they have gone out of business given they are not contactable. Looks like I have lost 7 months subscription.

Don't believe the hype. SCAM
Service in general had been all round great. But I paid for a year and they update your expiry date month by month. It's now 5 days I've been without service, due to them falling to extend the expiry date. I paid for a year in Jan and it isn't working anymore since mid June. Messaged them and had absolutely no reply. 1 year is now 5 and a bit months apparently. Shocking service in the end as well as shocking customer service

Do not buy it if you do not want to have a stress
I have payed for 2 years subscribtion. After one month I stated to have issues. Every month I had to contact custom service, because it stoped streaming. It took days to repair them problems. I have to beg them to fix the problems every month. Now, it not working three days, I had contacted custom service, no respond. I highly recomend do not buy this service!!
