I opened an account, deposited funds and then found myself unable to access it because of what appears to have been a simple typo in the email address entered during registration. For the past two days, I have received more than 28 repetitive email responses, most of which simply repeated the same generic message without anyone properly reviewing the issue. Eventually, one representative acknowledged that a typo may have occurred and asked me to provide detailed personal information and identification to verify the account. I complied fully, only to receive the same unhelpful responses again. There was no difficulty accepting my money, yet there has been no meaningful effort to restore access to the account or properly investigate the issue. The level of customer service has been appalling, circular and dismissive. I have now engaged professional assistance in Europe and will be referring the matter to the relevant licensing, consumer-protection and payment authorities. I will also be documenting and sharing my experience across appropriate review and social-media platforms so others can make an informed decision before depositing funds. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise people to exercise extreme caution before dealing with this company. The failure to resolve a straightforward verification issue after accepting funds raises very serious concerns.

Scammers! Deposit is way too easy, but Withdrawal of your winnings is impossible. They will confiscate your winnings and tell you that youve breached their terms and exceeded the max bet limit while a bonus is active, cleary i did not, i was only betting $1 but they still confiscated my winnings anyway (AUD1600). Will take my money somewhere else, BE WARNED, AVOID AT ALL COST!
