Bali Deep Dive 2026
Der Bali Deep Dive mit Axel war für mich der Startschuss von Null in eine neue selbstständige Karriere und die beste Entscheidung des Jahres. Wir haben uns mehrere Monate später sowohl in Barcelona auf seinem Event als auch später noch einmal in München getroffen. Ich hätte mich nicht besser auf meine Selbstständigkeit vorbereiten können, als mit den Inhalten der Academy und den Impulsen aus dem Retreat in Bali. Innerhalb dieser Zeit habe ich nicht nur erfolgreich mein Social Media Account gestartet, sondern auch meine ersten 1:1 Kunden akquiriert und erfolgreich wöchentliche Gruppenkurse begonnen. Axels Mindset hat mir unglaublich viel für meine Selbstständigkeit mitgegeben: Humor, Leidenschaft, Resilienz und ein unveränderliches “Until Mindset” (no giving up, failures are lessons to help you grow). Vom Herzen vielen lieben Dank - ich hab mich dank der tollen Leute in der Community immer supportet und nie allein mit meinen Herausforderungen gefühlt:)

When I enquired about joining this… I was needing guidance, belief, support structure, foundations and someone to guide me
When I enquired about joining this academy I was going through one of the most challenging and difficult transitions of my life My father was terminally ill and I was loosing him my faith was shaken and my hope was dwindling I was exposed to parts of myself I had been hiding away from for the longest time. I had begun the journey of self discovery and showing up as a life coach and space holder I had been practicing in my own business for about a year a half but was looking for something bigger I knew this lesson this chapter of my life was asking me to step up, for my capacity to be expanded so I could meet what was about to happen with expansion and wholeheartedly belief and that’s when I found Axel Schura. I applied and from the moment I met his team I knew there was a sense of safety, trust, truth, expression, growth, humility and they gave me the opportunity to build something that money can’t buy. Axel and his team gave me the sense of belief in myself, that anything is possible his story and his journey is not only inspiring it hit so close to home because I was living it through my father at the time and even though I knew what the inevitable was with my father Axel was a true and real reflection of what fighting for your life would then lead to, breakthroughs, overcoming, building new foundations, breaking through old ways and not allowing what’s happened to you shape your future and how bright it can possibly be if you choose it. That even in the darkest of times, everything is figure-out able. He showed up for us in this group with incredible amounts of passion, enthusiasm, wisdom, conviction, courage and determination that he knows the way and truly built this belief brick by brick within me too. And week by week I was able to set achievable goals for myself, I was able to smash through any ceilings I had had before because him and his team held me accountable to things I had made agreements with myself and them about. He shifted my mindset, he reprogrammed my thoughts, he replaced old ways of thinking with new possibilities I believed in and went with. He is a true teacher and leader in every sense of the word and beyond his successes and achievements he is humble and real and authentic in his approach to his group which allows us to be reminded we are all human but even in our humanity we are allowed to believe there is something much more and bigger waiting for us if we are open to learning and stop hiding from the world. It’s waiting for us. Without even knowing fully he changes people’s lives he hasn’t even met in person yet. What a gift this man and work is for the world.

Bali Deep Dive
The Bali Deep Dive was already my third retreat with Axel – and once again, it was such a valuable experience. I originally started working with Axel through the Evergreen Blueprint, and over time the retreats have become a really valuable addition for me and my business. What I really appreciate about them is the opportunity to step out of my everyday business routine, look at things from a different perspective and get new input and clarity around where I want to go next. One of my biggest takeaways from Bali was gaining more clarity around my next steps and leaving with lots of new ideas and inspiration. Even a few months later, there are still insights and conversations from the retreat that I come back to and want to implement further. Another huge part for me is the community. Being surrounded by like-minded and ambitious people, exchanging ideas, learning from each other and having so many inspiring conversations makes the whole experience really special. If you’re thinking about joining one of the retreats, I can absolutely recommend it. For me, it’s a great combination of valuable business input, new perspectives, an inspiring community and an amazing experience in a beautiful place. And I think the fact that Bali was already my third retreat and I’ll be joining my fourth one in Greece this September probably says it best. 🤍

Retreat I recommend to ANYONE
I believe in Axel’s heart, integrity, vision, I was in his retreat last year which helped me to really quantum leap into a higher version of my purpose, which I am so proud of now, he is forever a part of my success story and I was in awe with his humbleness and surrender through the retreat which just shows how much experience and love he pours into. Highly recommend to ANYONE. I will go back anyway so maybe see you there xxx

Business deep dive Mallorca
Dear Axel and team, it took me a full week to even begin to put into words what happened at the Business Deep Dive in Mallorca. And now I finally have the words: What you and your team do is not just business coaching. You develop potential. You create spaces where people don’t just receive strategies, but start to see themselves more clearly again. Of course, this only works when you enter the room with openness, a willingness to grow, and the courage to be truly honest with yourself. But that is exactly what made this experience so special for me: through the Academy, you create a field of people with heart. People who genuinely want to grow. People who are willing to look deeper. And that alone changes everything. I am deeply grateful for this experience. I gained so much clarity, found my inner lioness — those who were there know exactly what I mean — and I now feel ready to truly build my personal brand and become visible.
