AVOID!
It's been several weeks now since I sent them my sample for their 'fast' service. Although my payment was taken, I haven't heard anything since. They have not responded to emails, phone calls or even Facebook messages.

I ordered lab analysis for 4x samples…
I ordered lab analysis for 4x samples and received no confirmation of payment or receipt of samples. I did however have the money taken out of my account. I have tried phoning the company and the number isn't recognised. I have tried emailing them but have had no response. On contacting the lab which the samples were dispatched to, I was told that they can also not get in contact with Azzikit. It's very strange that the company seem to still be getting good results considering the lab are not even dealing with them any more. AVOID AT ALL COSTS- THIS SEEMS LIKE A SCAM

Took lots of chasing but eventually received results
Update: Changed from 1 star to 2 as I now have results after emailing the company again yesterday. They said that the results were in their system but for some reason hadn't been sent to me. There are clearly flaws in their process if customers regularly aren't receiving results, so I hope the company takes feedback on board to improve their service. This service is a great idea but is currently missing the mark. Original review: Avoid!!! I ordered sample testing on 22Feb and received no confirmation email. After trying a few times to contact them I read reviews on here that said that they hadn't had a confirmation email but sample results were eventually received after a week or so. I sent my samples and they were signed for at the lab on 13 Mar. Today is 8th April and I still haven't had any results or a response from Azzikit to my multiple attempts at communication with them. This is a scam company just trying to take money and not willing to provide a service in return.

Test Results still not received
I have registered my kit on 09/02/21 and sent samples which were received on 17/02/21. I am still yet to receive the results today 25/02/21. I have checked my spam folder and they are not there. I have also tried to contact by phone and email.... await the results
