0 stars - rubbish customer service - they ignore official manufacturer defects
If i could give 0 stars, i would. I bought a pair of Yonex Power Cushion 65 Z shoes from Badmintonplanet. I only play once a week, but the shoes basically fell apart. The upper and side parts of the shoe started peeling, and the heel cushioning completely failed, which actually ended up causing me a physical injury. It turns out these shoes were from a known faulty batch. Yonex even put out an official article confirming the exact defect. You can see this article on google. "(Update) Notice Regarding the POWER CUSHION 65 Z Series Badminton Shoes" Even with this proof, the customer service at Badmintonplanet (Karin Lanza and Pascal Spoelder) completely dismissed me. They tried to blame the defect on "wear and tear" and offered me a joke of a €23.15 voucher for shoes that cost over £140. When I pushed back, Pascal was incredibly rude and literally told me, "This is also not a discussion we’re going to have with you," before shutting down my claim. They didn't care at all that they had sold me a defective product. I ended up having to go straight to Yonex UK to complain. I sent the shoes directly to them, and they actually did their job. They inspected them, confirmed they were from the faulty batch that Badmintonplanet sold me, and sent me the replacement I was entitled to all along. Badmintonplanet has zero respect for their customers and will completely ignore official manufacturer defects just to avoid giving a refund or sending a replacement. Save yourself the headache and buy from somewhere else! Also one other thing, I am from the UK. Once i paid for my order, they email me the next day asking for more money to cover delviery costs? I has paid the delivery on my original order but then after they expected me to pay more just for delivery? Maybe fix the delviery costs before selling something to customers? genuiniely, ive had sleepless nights becasue of these lot, they were ignoring emails, not listening to me, not honouring the public announced defect, horrible customer service.

Badminton planet is very accommodating
Badminton planet is very accommodating webshop. They have the top tier equipment available within their webshop. Wonderful and understanding customer service. I am happy with the products that they have delivered and they are reasonable prices. Although, they have good service, I do think that their services are quite slow but I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that I ordered my items during Christmas time. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family for being reliable.

Levering duurt 2 weken
16 december besteld en pas 30 december binnen. Was kerstcadeau dus heel jammer. Ruim voor kerst nog mail gestuurd met vraag over levering. Dag voor kerst antwoord gehad dat ze het gingen versturen. Voor mij laatste keer bij badmintonplanet.
