I purchased both the Blast and the Blast Pro 43L Roller. Unfortunately, one of the wheels on the Pro is damaged and needs to be replaced. However, the products are well-built and meet my needs. It seems that this damage occurred during my travels to Africa, where baggage handlers can be careless. I emailed customer support with pictures and a video, and without hesitation, Bagsmart decided to replace my Pro with a new one. I couldn't ask for more! The process was hassle-free, and it took no time for them to make the decision to replace it. The product itself is excellent, and the customer support is outstanding. Moving forward, I will be purchasing my luggage from Bagsmart.

Ordered a bag from Bagsmart since I needed a bigger school bag
Ordered a bag from Bagsmart since I needed a bigger but still cute bag for school. After a while (almost two weeks) I heard nothing from the package so I contacted the help team. They handled the situation very well and sent me a replacement that arrived in less than a week. The bag is really cute and practical too!

I ordered my first bagsmart item
I ordered my first bagsmart item - the carry on roller backpack. I think it is a genius product, and I’m so excited to be able to use it while I’m commuting in Chicago but also roll it in airports. The product had one flaw upon delivery, one of the snaps was broken. Customer service responded to my email immediately, and replaced the item. I am extremely impressed and will be shopping at bag smart again in the future.

Outstanding travel bag with just one small tweak needed!
I recently received the Blast Pro 43L Roller Backpack, and overall, I absolutely love it! It is a fantastic, high-quality bag that makes traveling so much easier. That said, I do have one piece of constructive feedback regarding the bottom pocket: it feels a bit too small to be truly useful. You can barely fit a pair of shoes in there, which feels redundant because there is already a smaller pocket right next to it. If Bagsmart could expand that bottom compartment to fit shoes or bulkier items comfortably, this bag would easily be a 10/10 perfection. Still highly recommend it!

Update: Pricing on the Bagsmart FB link
UPDATE 2 days later: I checked the FB link for Bagsmart and now see a stable discounted price for the two bags bundle I was looking, but the free compression cubes have been removed. That must have been an error on their part in the first place. I've changed the stars from 2 to 4 now. I'm on the Bagsmart site (from a FB link) and see a bundle advertised for $180 including free packing cubes. When I add the bundle to my cart, it increases the price to roughly $240 with the packing cubes being charged for, the other items higher priced, and a different free gift included. I've tried about 5 times and don't see away to purchase the advertised bundle at the price shown.
