This shop is a scam
This shop is a scam. I paid a lot of money and never received anything. Support has not been helpful and eventually stopped replying when I asked for a refund. Do not recommend ordering from this seller.

Overall, poor experience (returning customer).
Placed an initial order (4 x custom designed white T-Shirts), signed it off during the order process (states you have 30 mins to change it, thereafter) - no problem. A full 36 hours later I get an email asking me to sign it off (again). 36 hours lost waiting for the item. I then started to watch its progress via the website after that surprise, still due to be dispatched on time for my event... until I get the message on the update portal: Sorry, we are running a bit behind... No email from them, I only noticed due to monitoring the portal. Pretty bad coms from them, a further 24 hours lost. The order arrived too late to use, no biggie as when I got back and opened the parcel I found the quality of the garment was not what I was expecting (Printed T-Shirt, 160GSM) and was shocked just how thin it was (you could see the rear print through the front, if you had tattoos, these are basically see-through, wafer thin and would rip to shreds if you’d walk too close to a bramble brush! IMO the garment stock should not be offered for sale, it’s not really fit for purpose. Somewhat nit-picking of me, the T-shirts are not individually wrapped either, thought that was a bit unprofessional. I have used these guys before and only really found fault with the print quality fading after 2 or 3 washes, but that was a couple of years ago. Maybe they have changed their material suppliers since then. It’s very unlikely ill use them again now. Honestly, when I've had more time on my hands in the past I have ordered directly from China before and got a way better product for 1/3 of the price. These T-Shirts were not cheap (£25.00 Each), the quality of them; not worth a fiver. Positive: Their web design template and the ability to print that, you’re getting the design you create on there & it's a good user interface. The ‘progress’ area of the order process is useful too – any delays should be emailed though.

Cheap broken necklace and too expensive
The printed wooden disc was great to be fair, however the necklace was cheap and kept coming apart. If it had been worn the disc would have been lost on day one. I offered countless suggestions to get to a win/win but all I was offered was 15% discount for a future purchase, which was no use to me at all. Overall £25 foe a printed wooden disc and no useable necklace was a terrible waste of money. I hate leaving bad reviews but if the problem was taken seriously and rectified quickly I would have left a good one.

This company is fabulous
This company is fabulous! Emailed them after I made the order as it was a last minute order but young daughter had decided on for her eldest brother’s special birthday. This was 3 days before the event and 2 of those days were a weekend. To our surprise it was delivered by Royal Mail on the Sunday showing a quick and efficient process from this company. Will definitely use them again. Communicated all the way through.

We ordered personalised flags from Bags of Love and they have just arrived. What can I say, they are fantastic, beautifully finished, fast production, fast delivery and made to a high standard. Would highly recommended Bags of love for anything personalised.
