The clinic is a 5 star service
The clinic is a 5 star service, very hygienic and pleasant and professional staff. My dentist was diligent in completing my treatment and was thorough in ensuring my teeth were fitted correctly and that my bite was right. I’d highly recommend this clinic, I’m very happy with the service and my new smile.

Ich habe hier meine Implantate gemacht bei dem Chirurg Onur Güneș sehr zufrieden mit der Hygiene, Beratung und sehr kompetent und sanft .Vor der Behandlung hatte ich sehr viel Angst das es höllisch weh tuen würde,aber es hat einfach garnicht weh getan . Ich kam durch Empfehlung von Freunden und kann auch selber weiterempfehlen.

Excellent service
Excellent service from being collected from the airport, transport back and forth to the hotel, through to the dental treatment. Any changes requested were fulfilled including size of teeth, shape and colour. Very professional and I would recommend this service unconditionally. Fab. All staff very friendly and helpful.

Communication Between Presales and Medical Teams is Suboptimal.
Earlier this year, on the 31st of May, I attended a pre-sales session in my town and met with representatives of Ballipinar. I have a long-term blood condition [leukaemia] which has been under successful treatment by the NHS for 16 years now. I was careful to disclose this to the pre-sales team and ensure that all the details regarding my treatment and medication were understood by the pre-sales team who reassured me that they had forwarded this information on to the medical team back in Turkey. The price I was quoted was competitive in comparison to another surgery I had previously spoken to. I was advised I'd be eligable for a discount on the basis I already had 2 implant posts successfully fitted [but never had the accompanying bridge fitted] back in 2018. I also enquired about the possibility of my partner having some replacement crowns fitted for implants she already has. I was advised this would be possible. In terms of our trip and hotel - the Delta Marriot Lara is a great hotel and both myself and my partner simply couold not fault it at all. The hotel menu, facilities, and friendly and helpful staff were exemplary. Similarly, our transfers to and from the hotel were well arranged and comfortable. My issue began when I visited the Hospital for my medical review and initial x-ray on Monday 27th July. I had received verbal communication from my consultant at my consultation at the end of June that I was medically fit for the planned dental surgery. What became immediately apparent to me at my meeting with the Ballipinar team at their Hospital was that my health information had not been passed . I was refused treament. I arranged for my Consultant to provide written communication confirming my fitness for surgery and medical details regarding my health, which I passed on to the medical team on the same day. This changed nothing. Additionally, following my partner's x-ray and discussion with the medical team regarding her crown replacement, the medical team informed us that the fitting required for her implant abutments was not available in Turkey, and her treatment was also refused. I know from another clinic that the exact equipment necessary for her treatment: Ankylos Implant Driver [1.0mm hex], is available in Turkey. As previously mentioned we were both tremendously disheartened by refusal of surgery for us both. The communication between the pre-sales team and the medical team was unsatisfactory. It would have saved much disappoinment and expense had I been informed over WhatsApp following my meeting with the pre-sales team that I was not eligable for surgery, and therefore would have been able to make different arrangements. After further discussion with Ballipinar on this matter, they agreed to cover the 4 nights hotel accommodation costs over which the previously planned treatment would have occurred. Disappointment aside, we were able to enjoy the sunny weather and beautiful city of Antalya.
