No venden lo que sale en las imágenes. No hay devolución porque son una marca china con fachada de marca francesa chic. No reintegran el dinero. Es un fraude que habría que denunciarlos por estafadores y que no puedan vender más online.

Some shit company sent me a piece of garbage for 1.5K. Standard worn-out crap — even the bag's feet are all scuffed up. And guess what their idiotic solution was? 'Send it back and we’ll refund you.' morons. So much time wasted for a piece of crap

Dubai outlet mall Balmain store at ground entrance really disappointed me. I bought a sneaker that didnt even last a mere hour. I wore the shoe for approximately 35 minutes and it fell apart from the sole. The damage indicates that they selling fakes because I didnt walk even a mere 900.meters with this sneaker. It was a very painful experience because I couldn't go back to the store to get my money back.

Beautiful branding, terrible fulfillment
Beautiful branding, terrible fulfillment, and no accountability I placed an order with Balmain on June 13 as a Father’s Day gift and paid for Second Day Shipping. The order never arrived, and the package was apparently misplaced. At this point, Balmain does not seem to know where the package is or how to properly resolve the issue. I have called every single day trying to get a real update. The representatives I’ve spoken with have been polite and seem to be doing the best they can, but they clearly have not been given the tools, authority, or support needed to actually fix the problem. This is not an issue with one customer service agent. This is a failure of Balmain’s order fulfillment, shipping process, and escalation system. Each time I call, I’m told the order will be overnighted or handled urgently, but nothing actually happens. I receive no valid tracking information, no clear explanation, and no reliable follow-through. For a luxury brand, this level of disorganization is shocking. This was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift, and Balmain completely failed to deliver it. A customer should not have to chase a company every day after paying for expedited shipping, especially when the company itself cannot even locate the package or provide a concrete solution. I will be canceling the order because I no longer have confidence that Balmain can fulfill it. I would strongly caution anyone ordering directly from Balmain for a holiday, birthday, special occasion, or anything time-sensitive. The products may be beautiful, but the fulfillment and accountability behind the brand are unacceptable.
