Costumer service terrible
I originally ordered a dress from Banahot to Spain, but I was required to print several customs documents. As I was travelling at the time and unable to do so, I asked DHL/customs to return the parcel to the sender. I then reordered the same dress in the UK, where it cost me an additional £80 in customs and fees. Before doing so, I even called DHL and was specifically told that the original parcel was already on its way back to the sender. The very next day, however, DHL emailed me asking whether I still wanted to receive it. I contacted Banahot FIVE times regarding this situation and did not receive a single reply. When a customer spends around £400 / €500 on a dress, the absolute minimum I expect is basic customer service and a response to my emails. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will never purchase from Banahot again

Literally obsessed every single time
Literally obsessed every single time. My only complaint is my size flies out of stock quicker than I can get the items I want!!!! The quality/ fit of the bathing suits and dresses are FIRE. Perfect. Easy check out.. no true complaints at all.
