We can’t say enough great things about Bradley Smith from Bandsintown for Artists. We had multiple old and duplicate artist accounts floating around Bandsintown, and Bradley took the time to track everything down, organize it, and merge the accounts for us. What seemed like a complicated situation was handled quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. Not only was Bradley incredibly knowledgeable, but he was also responsive, friendly, and truly invested in helping us get everything set up correctly. Thank you for going above and beyond the way you did. As huge fans of Bandsintown, we are especially grateful for Bradley’s support and dedication. Highly insecure website, only works without a VPN, shame, some bands I wanted to support by going to see them live even though I suffer with extreme social anxiety. But I'm not doing a financial transaction online without the maximum of security.

Harassment, falsely listing me as touring when I am not, scraping my content and misattributing it, falsely claiming to represent our projects views (they don't), persistent unwanted communications (no, you don't have a right to my work or managing my performances). Overall utterly useless garbage that's just more tech bros trying to insert themselves between artist and audience to squeeze money for crap neither side wants. Oh, and offering us "free" (if we pay for it first, which means it's not free) stuff to write reviews for you is fraud. Neither want to be paid for the priviledge, nor is my ability to write a review dependent on their permission as they seem to believe (threatening to restrict us from a service we don't want if we post negatively is a meaningless threat).

What an awful experience
What an awful experience! Can’t believe Apple have a partnership on Apple Music concerts to check for tickets with such a bad website. Really bad. All I can say. Pop ups after pop ups. Stuff always opening. Terrible!
