I recently stayed at this accommodation, and, unfortunately, my experience was marred by several unexpected issues that overshadowed the positives. Firstly, while the location was great—close to shops and just a 10-minute walk to the beach—the condition of the appliances was disappointing. Most of them appeared well-used, which isn't what you expect when booking a place for a getaway. The washing machine door was locked, and it took several hours before I could recover my clothes, causing unnecessary stress. To make matters worse, the fridge broke down overnight, resulting in all our food going to waste. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after the inconvenience of the washing machine incident. Additionally, the door had a peculiar locking mechanism that caused us to be locked out due to a simple mistake. When we reached out for help, the owner was responsive but ultimately booked a locksmith at our expense—€217. This situation felt avoidable, and it left us feeling unsupported, as it seemed like a recurring issue that should have a backup plan in place. On a positive note, the owner did communicate well and arranged for us to stay in another apartment while the door was being addressed. They also replaced the fridge, but sadly, we had to throw away all our spoiled food. Overall, while there were some positive aspects to our stay, the series of unfortunate events added a significant amount of stress and disappointment to our experience. I hope the owner takes these concerns seriously and implements improvements for future guests.

Un’esperienza deludente. Abbiamo pagato 400 euro a notte in pieno inverno e siamo rimasti quattro giorni senza acqua calda né riscaldamento. Questo problema, a quanto pare, si era già verificato con altri inquilini, ma la proprietaria, arrogante e poco collaborativa, non ha fatto nulla per risolverlo in tempo. Dopo aver insistito per tre giorni, ha finalmente inviato un tecnico, ma non ha nemmeno avuto la decenza di offrire un’alternativa mentre aspettavamo la riparazione. Inaccettabile per il prezzo e per qualsiasi standard. Non lo consiglierei. “Un’esperienza disastrosa. Abbiamo dovuto perdere giorni di vacanza aspettando il tecnico in un appartamento freddo, senza poter fare una doccia calda o lavarci le mani o il viso con acqua tiepida. Finalmente, il 26 dicembre (giorno di festa a Barcellona), il tecnico è arrivato e ha dovuto cambiare la caldaia, costringendoci a rimanere nell’appartamento durante l’intervento. Ciliegina sulla torta, il vicino di casa è venuto a lamentarsi, minacciando di chiamare la polizia. La proprietaria non si è mai fatta viva, non ha voluto compensarci per il disagio e non ci ha nemmeno permesso di lasciare l’appartamento alle 12 invece che alle 11, nonostante avessi bisogno di più tempo perché, a causa di tutta questa situazione, mi sono ammalata e non riuscivo ad alzarmi dal letto in tempo per preparare le valigie. Come se non bastasse, ho dovuto pagare ulteriori 36 euro per lasciare le valigie in un servizio di deposito, perché in questo costosissimo appartamento non consentono di tenere i bagagli fino al momento della partenza. Vergognoso e assolutamente Sconsigliato

Aspecto positivo: localiudo apartamento. Aspectos negativos: 1 - o chuveiro do quarto que tem duas camas de solteiro está com defeito, furos entupidos e, portanto, saindo água para as laterais e teto. 2 - o vaso do banheiro do quarto com cama de casal está com vazamento próximo ao chão. Cada vez que se aperta a descarga ocorre o vazamento.

Ottimo appartamento
Appartamento molto bello, funzionale, con tutte le comodità necessarie per fare un soggiorno tranquillo. La posizione è ottima vicino alla spiaggia ma anche comodo per visitare il centro. Check-in veloce e con una accurata assistenza e comunicazione. Grazie mille
