I feel like I share a wavelength with…
I feel like I share a wavelength with Barn2 and their support team. Their products are thoughtfully created, fill a specific niche need, are easy to use, and have great documentation. I've also needed to use Barn2 Support a couple times in the last decade. I approach writing a support request as if I were going to be the support person, so I provide as much information about my problem as I can, explain what I tried and what didn't work. In exchange, the Support team reads every word in my detailed ticket, does more testing if necessary, and finds a way to fix the problem, so we have no frustration and minimal need for back-and-forth conversations and questions. This is my kind of company and if they have a plugin that fills my niche need I don't hesitate to choose it.
