Acquisto spessissimo dal sito perché purtroppo non ho negozi della catena nelle vicinanze. La spedizione è sempre velocissima, ci sono spesso offerte molto convenienti, e nelle due occasioni in cui ho avuto bisogno di contattare il servizio clienti si sono dimostrati gentili e molto disponibili a risolvere i problemi.

Ho preso un buono online per regalarlo e da quel momento è partito un’odissea in cui ci ho messo un mese per avere la mia Gift card. Supporto online praticamente inesistente. Una volta riuscito ad ottenere almeno un codice che mi è stato inviato via mail dall’operatore ho provato a andare in negozio ad usare la Gift card e mi è stato detto che è utilizzabile solamente online, cosa non specificata sul sito. Imbarazzante, dire poco

purtroppo la mia esperienza continua ad essere negativa se non sono in grado di mettere offerte sul mercato lascino perdere,piu' volte non trovi prodotti disponibili anche appena mettono fuori le offerte, addirittura varie volte ho inserito il pagamento convinta fosse andato in porto per poi scoprire che tutto e' rimasto in sospeso per non disponibilta' dei prodotti

Une honte ce site! J’ai passé 2 commandes à 2 jours d’écart et il me manque: première commande il me manque pour 150 de produits (14 produits manquants!!!). 2ème commande: 13.20e de produits manquants (3 produits) et ce service client joue les morts. C’est une honte une gestion inexistante des commandes! Ils ne savent même pas ce qui est envoyé ou pas, ne font aucun suivi et vous volent. Je vais aller déposer plainte aujourd’hui pour escroquerie et je compte bien récupérer mon argent. Une honte!
