Stay clear, not to be trusted,
I would advise anyone considering buying from this company to think again They just dont communicate with you no matter how many messages you send either by email or what's app I was waiting over two weeks to get a despatch note or shipping details, like flat out contacting them but no reply, and then suddenly after constantly sending emails and what's app the order was dispatched, arrived about five days later in total it took around three weeks from purchase to receiving the order, I know had I not kept thr pressure on this would have been way longer Order arrived no instructions inside the box and way to many loose parts to understand How to get this installed, so I have been trying to get them to send these, just dont reply end off, so I am now looking to return these items as I have had it trying to work with these people, again the will now answer my WhatsApp or emails, I am at the end of my teather trying to make contact, and have now just learned reading their terms and conditions, that they will be charging a 17.5% retrocking fee and I have to pay shipping on top of this, stay clear of these guys, they are not to be trusted in any way or form James O Kane

Very bad experience!
Bought the CarPlay activation alongside with ENET cable and WiFi antenna from them. ENET cable and WiFi antenna came but no email with instruction nor the information I needed to do the coding. Tried to get in touch with them but there were no other contact info except email. Send them email but did not get response, sent them a follow up email a week later, again did not respond. Bad experience with this company!

Sould not be trading Bad company and overcharge you for the products that you can get for half the price elsewhere They are uncontactable by email you try to phone and constantly engaged managed to get my money back through PayPal and order the same product from eBay. Should be ashamed

Zero Customer Support
Installed the device following the instructions, including the wiring diagram. Everything is plugged in as far as I can tell. Doesn't work. Sent emails to the 'info@' and 'support@' email addresses I found, sent them a DM on insta.....radio silence. No phone number to reach them . This is my final hope of attracting their attention. I'm gonna give it a couple of days and do a chargeback if they continue to ignore my requests.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Paid for a module 3 weeks ago, had an automatic response but nothing since despite multiple attempts to communicate. I’m trying to get my money back now. **edit**. They’ve now flagged my review saying it contains illegal or false information oe something saying they’ve searched their records for my purchase but can’t find anything. My order number is #8289 and was on 21st July with my name but with Hotmail email address. This is a desperate attempt to get my review removed. **edit 11/8. I’ve now been refunded.
