500€ la nuit, ni électricité, ni eau
Villa louer pour 500€ la nuit, pas d’électricité, pas d’eau, piscine inutilisable, (pas de climatisation, pas de wifi, ce qui dans ce cas est plus qu’un luxe) Beachvillas n’a pas du tout été réactif, les solutions proposées ont été catastrophiques, pas de dédommagement à hauteur des nuits, payées Et reloger à nos propres frais. C’est tout simplement du vol!

Dangerous electrics!!
Villa Paula- Costa Teguise - not detached as advertised. We paid nearly 4k for a two week stay. We arrived at 4pm (we were told we couldn't check in early due to it being "deep cleaned") after leaving home at 4am. There was no welcome pack, not even a bottle of water. No sponges, no washing liquid, no hand-wash and only one toilet roll between three bathrooms, no salt or pepper. The Villa was dirty and dated. Mould in bathrooms (the shower curtains were crispy with dirt) Dirty mis matched curtains, stained walls and floors. Furniture coming apart and dangerous grips on stairs which were coming away and a trip hazard. It looked like someone had thrown up on one of the bedroom walls so we had to move the beds. The electrics didn't work properly, half the sockets had no power at all and the others where running multiple appliances on extension leads. Some sockets had no covers and were hanging open!! We couldn't charge our phones as sockets wouldn't work so had to charge them when out in restaurants. The BBQ hadn't been cleaned and was covered in dried fish. If I needed to use anything out of the kitchen, it had to be washed first and there were no racks in the oven. We reported all of this whilst there. We had a new oven delivered which was nice but not needed. They said an electrician came whilst we were out and most sockets were OK. They still didn't work and neither did the outside lights at the front of the property around the BBQ area which meant we couldn't sit outside in the evening and eat after a full day being out. We had no cleaners the whole time we were there and only got given clean towels twice which meant I had to wash our own sheets and towels. The pool was a decent size and welcomed after a busy day out. The location is OK, 10 minute walk to the local bars and restaurants, 35 minutes to the main square. This property is not worth the money we paid and we believe is dangerous due to the electrics. Honestly the owner should be ashamed, it shouldn't even be allowed to be let out in that state. I wish I could post the pictures to show how bad it was. Avoid!!!

Wir möchten alle Urlauber davor warnen, über beachvillas.com oder Agni Travel zu buchen! Es werden auf ihren Websites Unterkünfte angeboten, mit traumhaften Bildern und Bewertungen, die es gar nicht gibt. Wir sind betrogen worden und keiner der beiden "Veranstalter" ist in der Lage, die Verantwortung zu übernehmen und eine Lösung anzubieten. Das Objekt, welches wir bei unserer Ankunft vorgefunden haben, war verwahrlost und unbewohnbar - im Internet wurde es jedoch als exklusive Luxusvilla präsentiert.

Beachvillas dan temmuz ayında bir villa kiraladık(sasha2),konut resimlerden daha iyi durumdaydı.iki aile(8 ) kisi gayet rahat ve huzurlu bir tatil gecirdik,yatak sayısı,her odada bulunan banyosu,temiz havuzu bahçesi, barbekü alanıyla konforlu bir tatil gecirmmemizi sagladıkları icin teşekkür ederim.Ayrıca gitmeden önce okudugum yorumlardan kaynaklı tedirgindim temizligi ile ilgili.kendi carsaf havlu ve hatta tenceremi götürdüm ve hiç birini kullanmadan geri getirdim.konaklama tarihi yaklastığında gerekli bilgileri msj olarak ilettiler,gerekli talimatlar (wifi sifresi,havuz kullanımı,gezilecek yakın yerler )oturma odasının kapısında asılıydı konaklama boyunca tekrar iletisime gecme geregi duymadık

Do not rent Villa Sasha 1, 2 and 3 in Dalaman Turkey, here is my factual experience I am sorry to say that I am not enjoying and having a comfortable stay as a regular returning customer with AGNI I am used to much better quality locations It has taken me a day or two to get my bearings of the locality and my complaint is that the details in the brochure are misleading being portrayed against a back drop of tranquil open land and hills 1. The actualities and realities are that this property is underneath the Dalaman airport flight path and is very noisy at certain times of the day mostly in the the morning and evenings during take off and landings 2. Much worse and in addition the property is immediately in front of a major school, Bahçeşehir Koleji from 8.30 in the morning through out the day Monday to Friday there is very loud external Tannoy /speaker instructions and music to pupils this is less than 30m from the pool and sunbathing area, the noise is very intrusive and very loud approximately every 30 minutes until around 4.30pm 3.The gas canister in the kitchen either the valve or regulator is leaking with a pungent odour of calor gas reported to Agni but still no action so I turn it off when not in use to avoid possible accidents 4. The router and Wi Fi password information supplied is incorrect and does not agree with either the name of the network and the password do not agree with the actual equipment in the property, Agni repeated the same error information when contacted – note I have now resolved this IT issue myself Agni response was to rely on their terms and conditions "Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not have any alternative properties available in a quieter location. Our terms and conditions do mention that noise can be a factor in certain resorts, particularly those close to the airport or busy areas...Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not have any alternative properties available in a quieter location...wish we could offer a different solution" Whilst most tourists would accept local background noise, this is far from it and extremely intrusive. Once again based on my factual experience I would not recommend renting either of these 3 properties, I certainly would never return to this location it is dreadful and I doubt I will use Agni again
