ORDER not received. Order over 3 weeks again and havent received my order. They never replied to me email. Be careful of this company

Amazing products, beautiful packing, of course.... slower arriving but coming all the way from the US!
Amazing products, not possible to get anywhere else, arrived beautifully packed. Good communication. The only thing was it took a while and no advice about how long but when it arrived I was delighted+

Great service
I don’t know what all these bad reviews are about, I’ve shopped with them a few times and never had a bad experience. I live in the UK and the products were shipped from the US, got here in about 2 and a half weeks. Clean packaging and products in a great shape. I would recommend, because you can find a lot of stuff especially out of stock ones that you can’t find anywhere else on beautylish.

Great brushes, good customer service
It's mostly used by me for Sonia G and Wayne Goss brushes. Have bought many times from the website. Good and friendly customer service. The only issue is if you receive a broken item, the return cost will have to be paid by the customer. The custom fees will not be reimbursed and you are supposed to send the item back. I would think if you spend thousands of dollars on their website, they should handle this differently. With the quality of the brushes there is rarely a problem, but from time to time it will be. Considering the expensive brush prices there should be a better way to treat long time customers.

Money grabbing!
Garbage products just money grabbing! Never again! Please, stop apologizing. Your kind words don't change anything. Your product worked only for few months and your policy 60 days return ( not because I changed my mind,but because it doesn't work! ) is protecting only your company, not the customer who trusted you.
