SCAMMERS AVOID!!!!
SCAMMERS AVOID!!!!, this is a scam they are pretending to be a Dutch boutique, they are based in china. I began to worry when it took so long to deliver, needed a dress for an event on the 23rd May, dresses arrived the 26th, so as they were clear of their 30day returns policy, I immediately contacted for info on the returns process. It took 5 emails before they would tell me the process, kept offering discounts to keep, but I no longer had use, eventually got a Chinese address for return. I have tracking proof of delivery and they are telling me they have not received it. AVOID!!!!

COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE
I am extremely disappointed and upset that the refund poliy stated is completely misleading. After taking delivery of a mens Polo shirt it was obvious from the outset by it was too small. The size ordered eg 3xl, was highlighted in their size chart clearly stated that 3XL fit upto a 54" chest; however the garment delivered would not fit someone with a 50" chest! Knowing that 3XL was the largest size available, I requested a full refund, the reply from Bella Mode stated that it wasn't company policy to refund all that had been paid, the 'offer' outlined stated that I keep the shirt, [even though it was far too small], in turn they would refund 15% of the purhase price; I immediately responded to this insulting 'offer', I was prepared to return the item ar my expenses In return I wanted my money back! Back came yet another 'offer' .....I keep the shirt, they in-turn would give me a 20% discount off my next order! - This 'cat and mouse' game continued, 'again I offered to return the shirt but I wanted a full refund.....'no' came the reply, if you want to return the shirt you can but must pay the postage to China, any refund remaining would then be subject to an additional 15% administration charge! Sadly I am not the only 'customer' that has gone through this outrageous procedure, after reading numerous web pages about Bella Mode and it's many subsideries, identical tactics are employed whenever a refund is requested. In conclusion, I would advise those who may be interested in the garments advertised to think long and hard before ordering anything from Bella Mode and it's subsidiaries.

Fraudulent Company!
These shorts were not anything like the pictures and description. Many differences including no pockets, cheaply made waistband and thin fabric. I sent pictures to show them this was a completely different item and not the one on their website. They would only accept a refund, minus 15% and if i paid the return shipping to China which cost more money than the item was worth. Do not buy from this fraudulent company!

Ich habe ein Hemdblusenkleid als Geschenk und einen lässigen Pullover für mich selbst bestellt. Beide Artikel kamen ordentlich verpackt an und die Qualität war für den Sale Preis fair. Der zusätzliche Rabatt beim Kauf von mehr als einem Artikel war praktisch.

Ich habe ein langes Kleid und ein Paar flache Sommersandalen bestellt und beides war schöner als ich erwartet hatte. Die Größe war leicht einzuschätzen die Bestellung war einfach zu verfolgen und der kostenlose Versand hat es noch besser gemacht.
