Absurd and unfair rejection of mission #11659155
The application unfairly marks completed missions as incomplete. My "Tomatoes" mission in the Stokrotka store was fully and honestly submitted. It was rejected because there was no physical price tag on the shelf for "Rosmunda tomatoes". I acted professionally: I asked the store assistant for the price and detailed the lack of a price tag in the comments. Instead of accepting this valuable market data, the support team sent a generic reply telling me to "go back to the store". They sent the email in the middle of a working day and gave me a ridiculous 3-hour window (until 18:19) to drop everything, travel back to the store, and take a photo of a price tag that DOES NOT EXIST! Customer support (ticket handled by Mathilda) completely ignores human logic and only relies on the Trinity bot. I demand a contact from a real human being and the payout of my 30 PLN. Du vol pour certaines missions
Mission Mc Do! On demande de relever les prix! Suite à un bug je n’ai pas pu envoyer la mission . Je l’ai refait le lendemain mais cela n’a pas plus que les horaires soient différents entre la veille et le lendemain! Je refais la mission. Toutes les captures d’écran que j’avais faites sont les bonnes et il y a un décalage de seulement 2 heures!!mais BeMyEye refuse la mission et me retire 500 points!!!alors que le bug venait de chez eux!!!! Ce sont des gens honteux sans scrupules! Certains correcteurs sont vraiment nuls’

Since I joined this graeat app, no payment issue.
Since I joined this great app, I have made over £600 in payments. The company has successfully paid into my PayPal without issue. It might be delayed, but GUARANTEED you will receive your payout. This is the best app since I started my mystery shopping work with them. I love them so much, and I enjoy the meal mission job every Monday morning. Be patient, and all pending payments will be paid; none have failed in my case. Long live BeMyEye.

Avoid as you won’t get paid!!!
I have been doing missions for a fair few years now but they are taking increasingly longer to pay out and not replying to my emails at all. If I receive my current payment then I will not be rushing to do any further missions. Disappointing BeMyEye!!!!
