Good morning
Good morning, and thank you for the wonderful service. The customer service has given me. The staff are excellent on talking to customers. I have no problems with them at all. They inform me on where the package was and possibly when it will arrive. Now, who does that? In my opinion the tcompany is great. The people are great and the products are great. I will buy from them again because of their personality and politeness to help you whenever you need it. Great people.

I encourage you not to buy from this store. I can only presume that it is a scam as I ordered a product, requested a refund immediately and have been delayed and delayed and delayed. They mention a product will arrive to them in a matter of a few days and then wont update you and proceed to delay you further and further. Customer service is appaling, they claim to have "7 day customer service" but do not operate on weekends. They are limited to one email per day and even if there is a world where you do get a product, it probably is nothing better than what you can buy off temu or another online discount marketplace. They have recognised my request for a refund and instead chosen to continuously insist that i reconsider as the stock will arrive in a few days. IT NEVER DOES. For obvious reasons I cannot guarantee they are a scam, but I am convinced there are decoy accounts that state other people not recieving their products and how their experience was so flawless. I have read through some reviews where people claim this is drop shipping. With so many people stating the quality of the product is poor and may only operate with a short life, it does make sense. UPDATE after their reply. You have an image on your page, stating 24 hour support. If you search "Bestvibe contact" on google there is a link to Bestvibe UK with the link text '7 day support'. I have been trying to refund you since the 10th August 2026, if you look in the email i sent you 21 days ago, I gave you my order number and gave you my reason for cancelling when you asked but here we are 21 days later, as I still wait for my refund. And in regards to "keeping the order when stock became available". When you state to me the product will be available in 1-3 days several times over the course of 2 weeks, it seems very hard to believe you. I stated to you I did not want the product anymore after 2 hours of my purchase. So why I am being dragged along is ridiculous and poor business practice.

I have purchased a vvd Rider through bestvibe and it doesn't work it I got one session out of it and recharged it till the light turned off and then it would not work. I contacted bestvibe and without hesitation sent me a new product they fully stand behind their products and have handled my frustrations beautifully thank you bestvibe you have earned a very satisfied customer 🥰
