The biggest scam casino worldwide
The biggest scam casino worldwide. I have lost over £5000 with them and finally when i won £1300 on clear deposit they done everything they can not to pay out including, we need new proof of address as is only valid for 3 months, you havent wagered lucky wheel even I won on clear deposit . Etc. Also they do not got any licence in any country and is ghost company. Any hackers should find the person behind it so they can be finally jalied

Probably a scam... Everything is fine until the withdrawal is requested... the support contact is terrible. They promise to expedite the process in the chat, but it's nonsense. After completing verification, which took almost three weeks (an unprecedented request from other bookmakers; address confirmations ONLY in English), the withdrawal is still being rejected. I didn't receive any starting bonus, I made a deposit, and they continue to reject the withdrawal and haven't responded for two weeks to explain the reason. I don't recommend this. It's a waste of time, and I don't understand the high rating .

I've played at this online casino for almost a year. Don't even think of signing up, let alone to play here. Just don't do it!!!! You can deposit money unlimited without any restrictions ever but when you try to withdraw money, it gets real funny and not in a good way. Sit tight. Here comes my experience. In the first week of playing I'd deposit a few times and even won big. I wanted to cashout, had to upload my proof of address, ID and the rest of the stuff. I did. Had to wait for almost a week before it got approved. My first cashout got rejected and the money was back on my account. I had written the wrong info in the Address bar. I thought they meant my personal address but what was meant was the IBAN and date of expiring. I didn't know that and couldn't have known that. It's not written anywhere. I chatted with the live agent and he told me how to withdraw money but the money that was on my account I had already gambled. So I had to deposit again and I won big later and cashed out. It succeeded after 5 days or longer and I got the money. gamblers want fast payouts!!! preferably it shouldn't take longer than 3 days. After this I played many times and tried to cash out again. I had to upload a new proof of address, which is crazy because I had already done this a half year ago. "You must upload your proof of address every 3 months" said the agent. I replied "I've played at many casino's for many years and never experienced this. No individual moves from one place to another each half year" I said. You can deposit money 50x a day and all deposits will succeed but cashing out is where it gets tricky. There's also a minimum amount of 100 eur to cash out, so no small wins to cash out. Don't even waste your time playing here. ------------------ You will win at this casino. The RTP are nice in general and they have almost each slot you can think of but do you really win if you never get access to or even see the money appear on your bank account?? The live agents aren't always available so even if they're online, you won't get a response.
