So far it's a 2 and it would be more, but withdrawal times are a joke. You'd think a sportsbook that is eligible to operate in Canada would have fast pay outs (like FD, BetMGM, Bet365 ect.....) but nope same old garbage. I just joined and I'm already thinking of quitting, if I ever get my withdrawal sent to me 🙄😤

Customer service is not helpful
The games are boring. The bonus games don’t pay out anything! The customer service is awful. I got notified that my account was no longer eligible for bonuses or promotions due to administrative reasons. When I asked the reason why, no one could give me an answer. Absolutely unacceptable. Stay away.

A warning to everybody and not just this casino there are so called gaming sessions when you're playing games with multiple pots whether it's one two or three of them and you run out of money and your pots are just about full or as full as you can see them get you will be taken out of the screen to make another purchase to continue to play when you return your screen will not be the same the pots you'll be in a new session this is how you cheated trust me I have the proof if you play at these sites you will notice this too once you run out of money and make a purchase and come back into the game it's not the same anymore this is called cheating they say that the visual pots are only there not to mean anything that's the response I got back they say the game session is the same it is not let's be for real we must put a stop to this this it's happening at most online casinos. This is how they cheat you pay attention and if you notice this too and I'm sure you will make sure you post about it.

Decent platform poor withdrawal experience
Decent platform has all of the games you would expect. The bonuses are pretty bad in my opinion due to the high wager requirements (30-40x). Also the withdrawals do take a very long time. I’ve had approx $1500 pending for about 24 hours now and it’s in the same initial stage. If the company could look into this, I’d consider updating my review to reflect that. The live chat representatives have all been telling me the same thing about a standard 24-72 hour period, which in the modern landscape of iGaming in Ontario is quite frankly unacceptable.

Would rate them -100 if I could. Predatory scam site. They do everything they can to bait you to reverse your withdrawal and continue gambling till you lose it all. Constant pop ups that your balance is low and cancel the pending withdrawal. Dragging their feet on processing the withdrawal. Contacted support so many times for an updated on my withdrawal and each time I'm fed with the lie that they try to process within 24 hours but it can take up to 72 hours. I suspect support is an AI chatbot and they don't give a damn about customers. Stay away from this garbage. Better sites out there with withdrawals that process in minutes and allow you to remove the ability to reverse withdrawals. They also have a very small withdrawal limit. Read through their terms and conditions. You are limited to $500 as a new player. Just more predatory practices. Regulators are really crooked for approving sites like this one. Don't make my mistake - don't sign up.
