The worst of the worst
1) First and foremost: they DO NOT OWN A LICENSE to operate — no license certificate link, phony license number displayed, a website owner that can be found nowhere on CGA licensing list. 2) They block your betting limit if you legitimately make a buck — a mere EUR 400 profit within 2 days seemed to be too much for them to swallow. 2.1) In Live Chat, I was told that I would be contacted by my Account Manager. She did so - 7 days later - asking what technical issues was I facing... She was either poking fun or neglected to make a quick check on their CRM, where she'd find out that I had been blocked. And complained that I didn't respond to her when she first introduced herself after my (first) deposit. As if I were not aware that she targeted me because I deposited a three-digit amount. 3) T&C state that withdrawals take up to 72 hours. In Live Chat, I was told that they take between 3 to 5 BUSINESS days. I asked them over 10 times about the reason for the discrepancy, and I was shut down every time. 4) Eventually, after getting onto them for quite some time, they paid out my winnings. The current rating here is extremely deceitful. Don't be as careless as I was; Go to CasinoGuru, CasinoMeister, etc, and you'll see what people have to say about this casino (and sister casinos). If through some insane impulse you are compelled to register on this website (and sister casinos), I wish you good luck.

Consecutive withdrawal delay and failure
Clear wagering requirements and fast KYC. After completion, no feedback regarding withdrawals, they do not process it within their period (5 days maximum). Even after several claims to customer service, where they mention that the department is looking at it, the 5 days pass and the withdrawal fails without any reason. This is already the 3rd attempt, customer services claims account is verified and wagering is complete and that withdrawal is possible however this happens.. After changing method of withdrawal it was processed, however took over a month and a half to solve the situation.
