Bigtree is a Big Scam
Bigtree is a scam. I ordered solar lights for my lawn, paid in full via PayPal and never received them. I sent numerous emails but they never replied. Now I have to dispute the charge to get my money back. Do not buy from Bigtree, they are just a Big Scam.

Illegal access to my credit card, malfunctioning website, unhelpful customer service
Ordered and paid 170 EUR on their website. After a week nothing happened so I contacted them. Totally unethical behaviour from Bigtree customer service. As on the website they advertised that product, and I purchased it and paid it, so they should have to ship the product. It was an error from the website they could not see the order, but they are responsible also for the proper maintenance of the website too. They accessed my credit card without processing the order which is illegal. Their reponse doesn't contain any suggestion how to resolve this issue, and not even a "sorry". They responded that the the product is not available anymore, so I won't receive it, and I should contact my bank to get my money back. Very unhelpful. Choose another website.

God oplevelse med køb af Outwell telt til en fin konkurrencemæssig pris. Både kommunikation og bestilling af varen forløb meget nemt, hurtigt og uden problemer. Alt i alt en meget tilfredsstillende oplevelse.

AVOID! These people are untrustworthy.
15 days after ordering a rucksack from this site (shown as in stock and 2-5 days delivery), I still haven't received it. The tracking number they supplied showed it entering GLS tracking system as pre-advised. This happened the day after I bought the rucksack and this hasn't changed in two weeks. I have been contacting the retailer who said GLS returned it to them and that they have resent it. Their customer service is very slow and they atre untrustworthy. I have demanded a refund and if unsuccessful will send my card issuer after them.
