They feed you brilliant marketing, sell you the dream of high returns, and their support team is incredibly "helpful." They literally hold your hand, guide you on how to deposit your money, and are always "in touch." I watched the platform for 2 years, saw high ratings, and trusted them. I invested thousands of dollars—my personal savings gathered over 10 long years of hard work. Their Telegram community looks like a lively, active group of real people. I ignored the rare negative comments, thinking "I'll be lucky" or "construction delays happen." I trusted the high ratings on review sites because there weren't many detailed negative reviews about their constant delays. Now I realize those positive reviews are likely fake or manipulated to keep attracting new victims. 😓 The Reality (The Trap): Once your money is on their platform, the nightmare begins. 1. Endless Construction Delays: Projects that were supposed to be completed in Q4 2025 or Q2 2026 (like Cascade, Bali Balance, Ecoverse Suite) are suddenly pushed to Q4 2027 or "sometime in the future." They unilaterally change the terms on their website. 2. Trapped Funds & No Payouts: You cannot withdraw your money. Your funds are frozen. Toxic Communication: When you ask for updates, the CEO (Oleg) and support give vague excuses. When investors demand accountability, the CEO plays the victim, telling angry investors to "accept the real world" and claiming that the investors are "disrespectful." It is a deeply unprofessional and toxic business model. They pretend to fight the developers, but in reality, they have zero leverage. 4.
