Size after reorder
We reordered after some time as my husband loves these boxers. He says they’re so breathable and comfortable. Anyway, I didn’t realise the sizes had changed and reordered size large. My husband now needs a size small due to the size changes in the product. Customer services soon rectified this error for me and sent us the correct size and fit quickly and swiftly with no question. Recommend them!

⭐ Very disappointing experience
⭐ Very disappointing experience – beware of receiving used items I would strongly advise caution when ordering from Biofit. My order arrived with no proper packaging, simply stuffed into a bag that was held together with tape. The item showed clear signs of having been worn previously and appeared to be a return, with no real effort made to conceal this. The pants also had a musty smell, which made it even more apparent that they had been worn before. I contacted Biofit to complain and requested a refund. Rather than providing a prepaid return label, I was told I would have to pay the return postage myself, which would cost over £20. They also offered me a partial refund instead, which I am still waiting to receive. I have found the whole experience extremely unprofessional. The attitude towards my complaint has felt as though they simply don’t care about the condition in which customers receive their orders. My advice: think twice before ordering. I certainly wouldn’t expect to pay for what appears to be a previously worn, returned item, nor should customers have to spend over £20 returning it when the item arrived in an unacceptable condition.

Superb company to buy from
Superb company to buy from, I had an issue with sizing and they replaced my order and reached out to me. Have used previously and will continue to order from them as their product is fantastic
