If you have any problem what so ever, they will communicate with you and they will do anything to help you, Strong company that will go fare .I got a meta fly. It fly well and really solid. Yes it is solid.

Garbage. Overpriced. Cheaply Made.
Garbage, inferior, cheaply made,over priced products. Backed the Bionic Bird (Metafly) and it never worked. Customer service were rude and useless. Waste of money.

Bonjour a toute et tous, Je viens par ce message, donner mon avis sur cette société. J'étais a la recherche de pièces pour un ancien modèle qui n'est plus commercialisé aujourd'hui. Je leur ai demandé si ils pouvaient me venir en aide et il m'ont vendu, a un prix extraordinairement bas, un modèle neuf et de la version supérieure. L'accueil au téléphone est extraordinaire et on fait vraiment tout pour vous satisfaire. Le SAV est exemplaire avec toujours le sens de la satisfaction clientèle. Beaucoup d'entreprises commerciales devraient prendre exemple sur eux!!!! Un énorme BRAVO pour ce professionnalisme, et un très grand merci. Ma fidélité leur ai assuré.

Their costumer service staff is outstanding. They are courteous, professional, and very efficient. I bought a Bionic Bird for my nephew and reached out to Bionic Bird costumer service staff for support. I was taking away with their politeness and prompt efforts to assist me with my concerns. I would recommend the Bionic Bird to anyone, specially knowing first hand that they have an extraordinary support system behind their product. Once more, I'm truly impressed and grateful for their costumer service. In times were we can feel ignored by many companies, is refreshing to see real people standing behind their product.
