Maybe does exist only on paper, but in real I do not think so. They do not answer on email or skype. I describe in short what is my problem and i never get the answer.

Not sure what to think about this company? The real deal or not?
Not sure what to think about this company. Maybe they only deal with big spenders and not little guys like myself. I sent them information how I loss $600.00 USD because the sender sent bitcoin cash to a bitcoin wallet address on coin base. I gave them all the information they asked for on their site where you ask for help. I sent the information last week and this week. I asked if they can't help me to at least please let me know? I never even heard a word from them and I gave them my wallet address and all the information from block chair. Don't know what to think of this company now? Are they for real? Well I finally heard back from someone after posting this review. I will post what they said below. But I am leaving my rating the same and the reason is I never heard back from anyone. You would think they would favor sending me an email explaining what they said in their reply. Only because they should take into consideration there are many people new to BTC and I for one am and didn’t know what they were talking about. I guess they only help the big guys that lost big dollars because it’s more money for them. This is their reply. Published 8 hours ago In our terms it clearly states "We investigate on 5 BTC or higher only". We cannot get active below this because the effort to restore bitcoins is huge. Please review your rating, because we only act according to our terms and your value of 600 USD is too low. For higher amounts we are more than happy to try to help.
