I've been working with bitcoinmerch for sometime now. And I can say I don't have anything negative to say. Have problems happened, yes. Did they fix the issue to my satisfaction, yes. They always respond, they always assist, they are honest! You'll find that you can buy cheaper from others, but you have to think about what your paying for. With Bitcoinmerch I know!

Best customer support ever <3
I recently ordered another product the distruptor and when I didn't hear anything for a week I contacted the customer support and I found out it was not stocked in eu so they generously offered to cover the shipping from US, W customer support and after I had thought about it for a while I wanted to buy a bigger miner the NerdQaxe++ and the process of replacing it with my current order was so smooth I've never seen better customer service they also covered the cost of the shipping protection. And since they didn't have other colors currently in EU warehouse and the only color was white which is normally more expensive than the other colors they also covered the cost. And to all those who say Bitcoin merch has more expensive products, well yeah since they offer this level of customer support and flexibility. So it's totally worth it since you get full five star support. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get in to Bitcoin mining. And I'm not just biased since they gave me discounts I've ordered products before and they've helped me to set it up.

Ordered 11 lottery miners and a wallet…
Ordered 11 lottery miners and a wallet on Aug 2nd. Everything but the wallet has been delivered. Thing is I still don’t have shipping on it. Tried to call and of course got a machine and NO call back. And of course the miners are no good without the wallet.. customer service seems to be lacking… so they sent me tracking info from china to them. They finally received it on the 19th… a little research shows I could have gotten it for half the price from another company… so, guess my next 500 to 1000 dollar purchase will be somewhere else..
