If you are running a real business and expecting actual service, run away from Bitmedia.io as fast as you can. 🤬 The Bait-and-Switch: Great at Taking Cash, Terrible at Everything Else Their entire operation is built on a single objective: getting you to deposit money. The moment you are navigating their payment screen, the platform feels active. But the exact second those funds clear? It’s over. You are dead to them. 📉 Zero Support, Zero Communication, Zero Accountability I have experienced a complete and utter blackout from their team: The "Ghost" Account Manager: They love to assign you a personal contact to make the business look reputable during onboarding. Once the budget is loaded, that account manager becomes a literal phantom. No replies, no updates, nothing. The Non-Existent Support Team: I have sent several urgent messages to their supposedly active support channels. Not a single person has bothered to reply. The Useless AI Assistant: Their "AI support chatbot" is an absolute joke. It is completely incapable of answering direct, specific platform questions. It exists purely as a barrier to keep you from speaking to a real human being. ⚠️ The Bottom Line: Get Out While You Can This is not how a legitimate business operates. A real company provides post-payment care and helps you optimize your spend. Bitmedia.io just takes the cash and vanishes into thin air. Been running a few campaigns on Bitmedia for about a week now and the results are reasonable. Dashboard shows we've racked up over 671k impressions in 7 days which is honestly more than I expected at this budget level. And the CTR is sitting around 0.24% - not mind-blowing but pretty solid. What I appreciate is the platform itself. Clean dashboard, everything is laid out clearly with daily vs. weekly comparisons so you can actually see what's trending. The account manager contact option is a nice touch and I'd recommend reaching out if you're new - makes the setup smoother. Overall a decent platform if you're looking to reach a crypto audience
