I have sent them all the necessary and…
I have sent them all the necessary and requested documents as a proof of address but they keep holding my account locked. I'm not able to trade, deposit and even withdrawal my funds. They are going to delist some instruments which I'm not able to withdrawal because the account is locked. They do not reply to my messages. Total SCAM, do NOT ever deposit to this crypto exchange.

The worst experience ever. 9 days and never opened my crypto withdraws
My experience with Bitstamp was extremely disappointing. I was kept waiting for 9 days, and throughout that entire time, the only response I kept getting was essentially: “Please wait.” I understand that verification and security checks can take time, but keeping a customer waiting for 9 days without providing a clear explanation or meaningful update is unacceptable. What frustrated me the most was the lack of proper communication. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable — I simply wanted to know what was happening and when the issue would be resolved. Instead, I was repeatedly told to wait. After this experience, I have completely lost confidence in Bitstamp and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive crypto platform.

Bitstamp is holding my deposit of 600…
Bitstamp is holding my deposit of 600 USDT without explaining any reason at all. No documents were requested, absolutely nothing. Customer support is like talking to a tree. I ask "why are you holding my money", and received a reply "we don't have any timeline". During the last week I contacted them multiple times, but I haven't received even a word back. Absolutely unacceptable.

They locked me out of my account
They locked me out of my account for no reason. Contacting them numerious times didn't help. They just reply with standard texts. No-one really helps. And they just keep my money. Stay away from them!

Support is non existent. Account locked for weeks to verify address that has been the same for 9 years
Support is non existent. It is chicanery at this point. They just copy and paste the same drivel. My account has been locked for a month, because they need to verify my address. To verify an address!!! Which has not changed ever, for 9 years its been the same. I've sent them 3 different proof of addresses and still nothing. WTF. Disgusting treatment of a longstanding customer. Total ignorance and inaptitude and contempt at this point. Go to hell Bitstamp.
