NO customer service!
I've placed an order, I've made an amend, paid for an additional one and now can't find out if it has been done, or if it has gone to print. There is NO customer service. I receive an email with the proof offering to contact Customer Service if any problems - but it doesn't exist! This is such a huge waste of time and money... i'll be very surprised if anything arrives or I get my money back

Je viens de faire une commande au bout de même pas 3 minutes je me veux modifier et je ne peux pas il me disent que c'est déjà envoyé alors qu'il y a rien de fait encore C'est un site à fuir je déconseille ils n'ont pas de service client réel c'est que du virtuel même leur chat c'est que des robots

Defective Print Quality and Zero Customer Support – Ghosted After Proof Provided
I ordered 300 custom promotional round stickers from Bizay. While the website design tool was straightforward and delivery took two weeks, everything after that was a complete disaster. When the order arrived, every single sticker was defective. Half of my logo was missing, text had failed to print, and the print quality looked as though the printer had completely run out of ink. I opened a complaint and uploaded the 10 photos required by their system, asking for a reprint. Instead of resolving the issue, they pushed back, asking if I had checked the entire batch and demanding more proof. After I sent photos of the end of the roll, they escalated their demands, insisting on photos of all 300 stickers or a full video. I took the time to record and send a video going through the entire roll. Since submitting that video, they have completely ghosted me. I have sent multiple follow-up emails, submitted website forms, and called directly—all met with total silence. Be aware that they are not based in the UK, leaving customers with very little recourse when things go wrong. Save yourself the hours of wasted time and frustration: give Bizay a wide berth and use a reputable alternative. ---‐-------------------------‐---------------- Email update asking me to resend all the proof again. Do not use Bizay, they are a bloody nightmare.

Comme il est impossible de joindre le service client par mail, alors j'écris ma doléance ici en espérant avoir un retour. Je refuse de remplir le formulaire sur le chat puisque la seule solution envisagée est le renvoi d'un nouveau produit, or je ne veux pas. Commande n° 5075032 Bonjour, Je vous écris par rapport à la commande que j'ai passé chez vous. Quelqu'un l'a réceptionnée pour moi fin juillet car j'étais en déplacement et je ne l'ouvre qu'aujourd'hui. Je vous avoue être très déçue par la qualité des étiquettes. Taille du logo (alors que je l'ai paramétré en ligne selon les indications proposées pour qu'il soit bien proportionné), couleur fadasse de l'encre utilisée et surtout, et certains rouleaux étaient abimés par endroits; voilà les problèmes que je rencontre avec la commande que vous m'avez envoyée. Etant donné que j'ai commandé ces autocollants dans le cadre du lancement de ma boutique en ligne, je ne peux tout simplement pas les utiliser au risque de décréditer l'image de ma marque dès le début. Je vous remercie de prendre contact avec moi aux fins d'envisager un dédommagement même partiel compte tenu du fait que cette commande ne répond pas aux critères annoncés au moment de la souscription. Quality of the colors was terrible
Quality of the colors was terrible. So dull and washed out. You get what you pay for. Next time I'll go back to Vista Print.
