Disappointing family meal don’t bother
Disappointing meal expensive, no quality or quantity in our meals, table of 8 most had 6 oz fillet steak definitely not 6 oz and questionable it was fillet!!!! few chips in basket and a few salad leaves no dressing, huge disappointing family birthday meal would have got just as good from McDonalds.

It is a fashion store in Vienna
The poor reviews here are for a restaurant but not for the fashion store in Währing! You can buy sustainable fashion for women here and it is a very ploasnt shop in Währing. All the shop assistants are kind and helpful. You can also buy shoes here but it is rather a shop for shirts, shirts, pants etc. This shop has nothing to do with the restaurant - probably the restaurant ist not even in Vienna. You will get only a good coffee here, free of charge, while you are shopping.

If you are paying by cash, count it in front of the server.
Our bill was £117.00 for three of us. We each put in £40 (six £20 notes) The sever came back showing us £80 (four twenty pound notes). £40 had mysteriously disappeared. We questioned it and the server insisted we had not. We paid another £40. We have coming to this Waterloo location for many years. This will be our last visit. It's quite disgusting behaviour.

Big disappointment in the black and blue restaurant, borough market
What a huge disappointment Waited 20 minutes for the food to come out Chips were overcooked Chicken was overcooked and completely dry No one asked me whether I was enjoying or liking the meal They put a service charge on the meal and I asked it to be taken off Dead atmosphere horrible food It never used to be it was I used to go in their restaurant with friends, but not anymore my horrible experience with terrible food for £ £27 there’s much better places to go and eat and the and black and blue is definitely not the place if you want great food and good service

Great fillet steak
Great fillet steak. Drinks expensive if you don't get the Monday to Wednesday deal, but food was delicious. Would go back.
