Mediocre.
Overall mediocre experience. First time I ordered was a good experience, but I wasn't so lucky this time. The shipping was a mess. Many times it was delayed, and yes, while there was a holiday in the Netherlands there were still also delays after that. I paid for DPD more expensive shipping and still recieved poor shipping quality. And with a cherry on top, two of the products I had ordered, the Replacement Shells for Trilogy / Shellstrike – Set of 2 and the NERF Modulus Stryfe Motorized Blaster didn't work. The shells were missing some structure that I believe had something to do with the air and how the darts are shot out of typical NERF blasters. Also didn't fit in the Shellstrike NERF blaster. And the Stryfe would contineously jam because I either didn't hold the rev trigger for long enough or I wouldn't push the trigger far enough. I know Blaster Time is only a company selling these products, and not designing them, but they still should've given a warning or something similar. I think that generally Blaster Time is a good site to purchase from, but in my case I just got unlucky. Edit: Now I can't even return it because it'll cost more than what i'll get back. And they're saying the shells not working doesn't affect performance?? Of course it affects performance, when it can't even do the one job it was made for!! Edit 2: Okay, so the shells are actually also missing a hole in the middle which is where one of the pins on the Shellstrike goes into. That seems to be the problem as to why it's not working and why Blastertime said it wouldn't affect performance. The pegs in the shells wouldn't affect performance. The missing hole would. My bad!

Highly recommended
Highly recommended. Extremely kind and patient in answering every question. Perhaps some Foam Focus products could use a little tweaking before installation depending on the needs (sanding, very light internal grinding of the barrels, etc.), as is normal in this hobby. Delivery intact and received within 7 business days.
