Deleted my website/backup after missing a single invoice because they broke their auto-pay. The subsequent invoice wasn't even due yet. Terrible service, stay far away.

Terrible service, sub-par network
The occasional 'connected with no network' I could bare for a few minutes, but when it started taking half the day to work again I was truly frustrated already. Now it hasn't worked in seven days, we are having our calls ignored and declined? What kind of company is this? I'm two thirds convinced it is a scam. You want your money on time but your service is poor. I will be contacting my lawyer about further actions towards this treatment and blatantly fake reviews put on your website. Dare to say, as soon I can get ahold of you...you will be served. This is unacceptable.

Scammed after paying.
I paid for my web host, they told me at 7 am 27/06/2024 to wait 60 minutes till the host will be up, already waiting 15 hours to get respond after 7 messages on ticket, nice hosting, i won't pay for next month if they won't fix their EGO to customers, before paying they will answer u quickly, after they won't do that quickly:)

I sadly can only give one star because of the Support. It seems impossible to get a decent Supporter for your Services. Sales Support everything else is fine. But if you get the Supporter Paul for your Product just jump out of the Window he will try everything else besides helping you with your Problem. He seems more then incompetent and if you ask him to transfer your Ticket to 2nd Level he does everything else besides that. Ive been waiting almost 3 weeks to get a solution yet ive got nothing presented besides that i need to search for another provider. I mean the only positive thing is that i got my money back on my paymentmethode rather then in account funds. If someone from Blazing is intressted investigating this is the Ticket ID #955747

I had it for 3 years.he service is OK but pricing is now high and support is very slow, I had to do migrations to another service.
