These people are a scam!
These people are a scam!! Don’t buy from them! I returned my items to them as I didn’t like the quality (the fluff was just coming out the pillow) and I paid £30 for a tracked delivery all the way to China (yes, China! I had no idea they were based so far), and the item was returned back to me 3 months later as nobody claimed the item there. So I’m out of pocket by £200! And they don’t respond to my emails!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Absolute scam
Absolute scam, low quality products which are different from what is advertised. Retour address in China which is very costly to send back to...and in the end it doesn't arrive and Blessed Silk doesn't want to refund your purchase, so you basically even wasted more money. Stay away!!

Fake score on website + cheap, bad product
The product they sent was nothing like the product that was advertised. It was just a cheap copy of what was advertised, so badly made that I didn't even attempt to use it. In their favor, they replied quickly and offered me to return the pillow when I contacted them, but I ended up throwing it away instead as I would have had to send it to China. They also have a fake rating on their website, so unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company at all.

Waste of money
I purchased this pillow expecting a high-quality product, especially given the price (£77 with a supposed 50% discount). Unfortunately, it’s nowhere near worth the money. The materials feel cheap, and it’s not as advertised. The website and reviews looked trustworthy, which is why I took the risk, especially with a “30-day return policy.” However, what they don’t tell you upfront is that returns must be sent to China at your own expense, with no guarantee of a refund. This makes the return process impractical and feels like a way to discourage dissatisfied customers from actually returning their products. If you’re willing to take the gamble, go ahead—but if the pillow doesn’t meet your expectations (which, in my case, it definitely didn’t), you’ll be stuck with it. I feel like I’ve been scammed, and it’s left a bad taste in my mouth. I’d strongly recommend buying from a more reputable retailer.
