Downloaded trial software. Worked fine and paid. After activation I couldnt use half of the trial version functionality. Immediately asked money back but they kept refusing!

Useless full of bot replies
Useless full of bot replies, bought a key for Bitdefender that did not work in the UK .Was told to download a VPN to see if it worked that way When I said I did not want to download load a suspect VPN and asked for a refund no refund allowed for an unused key .

No refund is possible
Beware! They will not accept my cancellation, even though the product has not been used, not installed, not even downloaded. They just took the money and when I called them they just hung up.

Blitz handle 24. I went to buy a DVD burning software from their website. On looking at the products I wanted a DVD burning to a video so I could play on a DVD player. The product look quite clear DVD burning software so I purchased it thinking I had a great software. Then on realising I bought a DVD burning software but, video to dvd wasn't on this disc, I explained to them that I wanted a video DVD burning software so I can transfer video files to a dvd player. They said we're sorry but that software doesn't do that job. Ah I said well, why didn't you make it clear because it seemed to me that it was a DVD burning package. Could you please give me the video to DVD software in exchange for what I've already paid? They said no. I was very disappointed. Firstly because they told me I couldn't get my money back I said well that's not fair because if you buy a product you take it back to a shop and you exchange it for the right product that you want. That's the law. Well we are sorry because you clicked the you give up your right for a refund when you purchase the product. So if you ever buy a product from this company, you will not get a refund because you click it and you abstain from that refund because you purchased it so you'll never get your money back. You won't get anything else in exchange so be very careful. It's a little bit scamish if you ask me. Very disappointed. I found the customer service not very reasonable, very rigid and unwilling to provide the right product. So I wasted my money on a product I couldn't use and therefore was really annoyed bad company. Bad customer service don't buy
