There are better platforms out there. Very low liquidity and price fills are terrible! However the most important issue is they liquidated my position WHILE IN PROFIT. Hours after noticing, I got back in. I lost thousands due to their negligence and a good entry. Once I found out, I re-entered but they wouldn't comp me on profits lost or commissions I paid. Instead they offered me a generous $50 USDT bonus for the trouble. Thereafter, I moved all my funds immediately. Also careful on the new-user promos. A lot, if not all, is just marketing hype. There are many "Gotchas" to prevent them from paying out. I also found that you have to follow up to make sure they even do that lol. Again, there are better platforms out there that don't prematurely liquidate and have better fills. (To the CS Bot that will respond, I'm not sharing my ID)

The KYC department are crazy
I strongly recommend being extremely cautious before using BloFin. My experience was honestly absurd. I deposited approximately $1,900 worth of BTC, after which BloFin restricted my access to my funds and put me through an extensive verification process. I cooperated with their requests and provided highly sensitive personal information, including my ID and facial verification. Despite this, the process kept expanding. They subsequently asked me to explain previous transactions from my personal crypto history, including transactions that were not even transactions received by BloFin. One transaction was from a FixedFloat swap and another was a cryptocurrency purchase through LocalCoinSwap. I explained the origin of both transactions, yet the verification process continued. What I found particularly disturbing was the amount of personal information I had to provide while my funds remained inaccessible. They repeatedly referred to “risk” while simultaneously requesting more and more sensitive information. For a transaction worth approximately $1,900, I found the entire process completely disproportionate. Communication was also extremely frustrating. At times they responded relatively quickly, only to later send generic messages telling me to “be patient” while providing no concrete timeframe for when I would regain access to my money. Eventually, after a great deal of back-and-forth, my funds were returned and my account was deleted. I am relieved that I ultimately got my BTC back, but the experience was unacceptable. The biggest lesson I took from this is that having your funds on an exchange means you are dependent on that exchange deciding when you are allowed to access them. If you are considering using BloFin, think twice.. Look at all the bad reviews here. Now im busy to get them to delete all my personal data wich i send, im willing to go to all the financial authorities for it. You cannot ask so much data for 1900 usd and i demand it to be deleted. For me personally: never again.

Fake shadow wick ended in liquidation
So I got liquidated on BloFin trading Bitcoin because of a shadow wick to $70,365 ONLY visible on Blofin. My liquidation price was set at $70,163. Tradingview, Bybit, Hyperliquid, CMC are all showing the highest wick to $69,500. Because of this I am no longer trusting BloFin with my money and I will withdraw everything asap and probably delete my account. Do not use BloFin if you value your money and don’t want to get liquidated by fake wicks generated by their flawed system.

Never seen a more difficult Exchange
Never seen a more complex and difficult to understand platform. I have no idea where my crypto is, how much I have or how to transfer it. At this point it's probably easier to abandon it. This exchange is horrible.
