I would genuinely like to give a special mention to Kristina, who was one of the first people I spoke to when I was considering my hair transplant. From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional, patient, polite and humble. She took the time to explain every part of the process properly , answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed, and made what initially felt like quite a complicated decision much easier to understand. What stood out most was how helpful she was beyond simply explaining the procedure. Whenever I struggled with any of the technological or administrative side of things, Kristina patiently helped me through it step by step. She was consistently approachable, hardworking and respectful, and I always felt that I could contact her if I was unsure about something. Making a decision like a hair transplant can naturally come with a lot of questions and uncertainty, and having someone like Kristina guiding me through the initial stages made a huge difference to my experience. Thank you, Kristina, for all the time, patience and effort you put in. Your professionalism is excellent, but it is your kindness and genuine willingness to help that I will remember most. You are a real credit to the team, and I am extremely grateful for everything you did for me.

Per adesso posto una recensione a 5 stelle sulla consulenza in videochiamata avuta con la signorina Kristina che è stata di una professionalità,di una gentilezza, di una simpatia davvero uniche, mi ha spiegato perfettamente come lavora la clinica,delle procedure che adotta, delle equipe mediche che eseguono i trapianti, di cosa è compreso nei pacchetti offerti, cosa è possibile aggiungere, poi parla perfettamente più lingue fra cui italiano, inglese, francese, portoghese davvero complimenti alla Blue magic group per avere nel suo staff personale ripeto con una altissima professionalità. I regret choosing BlueMagic: unhappy result and unanswered clinical concerns
I underwent a DHI hair transplant with BlueMagic Group in Istanbul on 20 November 2025. Based on both the result and the way my concerns have been handled, I would not choose this clinic again. If I could go back in time knowing what I know now, I would not proceed with BlueMagic. My objective was conservative improvement of density in the central frontal area. I did not want a substantially redesigned hairline. At approximately seven to eight months after the procedure, I raised concerns that the left frontal hairline appeared straighter and more constructed than my original hairline, that the transplanted frontal hairs did not appear to follow my natural hair flow and cowlick, and that the central frontal area still appeared less dense than I expected. I recognise that transplanted hair can continue maturing for up to 12 months, so I am not prematurely declaring the final clinical result a failure. However, I am already seriously unhappy with the appearance and with how BlueMagic has responded. I sent a detailed request for a formal clinical review on 23 June 2026 and followed up again on 25 June after receiving no substantive response. Only after further direct escalation did BlueMagic provide a clinical response on 26 June. The clinic stated that 3,500 grafts had been implanted, including 2,250 in the frontal region and 1,250 in the mid-scalp, and said that it considered the result natural and progressing well. On 27 June, I sent a detailed and constructive reply explaining why their response had not resolved my concerns. I requested my operative record, confirmation of the graft distribution, original preoperative and surgical-planning photographs, consultation notes recording the agreed treatment objectives, immediate postoperative photographs, the identities and roles of everyone involved in the procedure, the criteria that would be used to assess the result at 12 months, clarification of corrective or revision options, and the full terms of BlueMagic’s advertised Golden Lifetime Guarantee. As of 18 July 2026, I have received no substantive response to that email and have not been provided with the requested records. Of particular concern, BlueMagic’s Operations Team Leader stated in writing that he was not aware of my earlier emails. In my view, this demonstrates a serious internal communication and complaint-handling failure. A patient should not have to repeatedly chase different representatives across email and WhatsApp simply to obtain answers about a surgical procedure. I am not alleging medical negligence or making claims that have not been established. I am reporting my personal experience accurately. I remain seriously dissatisfied with the aesthetic result, the lack of continuity, the failure to provide the requested documentation and the absence of meaningful accountability. I have given one star because this honestly reflects my overall experience. I would not choose BlueMagic again and would not recommend that my former self proceed with this clinic. I will update this review fairly if BlueMagic provides the outstanding records, answers my questions fully and takes meaningful action to address both the clinical and communication concerns.
