Great products, outstanding customer service
I have been using Bluesky nail polish for years, it was a birthday gift from my sister and has been one of my go-to brands. The quality, selection and longevity is honestly fantastic and for a fair price. However, I don't think I have bought from them directly for several years as I have mostly had colours gifted to me. Recently in an effort to shop less on amazon and other such sites I ordered from Bluesky directly, and I was very impressed! The order came quickly and I was kept informed at each step which was nice. Sadly one of the items was wrong so I reached out and asked how I could return it for the correct colour - we are humans and mistakes happen. Customer Service got back to me right away and shipped out the correct colour the same day. I honestly can't fault them but I was also so relieved to not have to fight through AI or ridiculous menus to get support. Specific shoutout to Katy in the customer service team - thank you for your help!!

Great customer service
Got sent the wrong order but this was instantly resolved once I contacted and the correct was ordered for me the next working day. Very quick to respond and resolve. Great customer service.

I received my Bluesky order but one of the gels was missing, I understand this can happen when ordering so many. I emailed customer service one night explaining the situation and the following morning I had a response from Katy and my colour was dispatched an hour later, couldn’t ask for more! So helpful and quick.

Great customer service
My package arrived very fast and was packaged well. All my items were just as described except from one, which I got in touch with customer services about. I had a great customer service experience with Katy, I recieved an item that I wasn’t happy with and Katy was able to resolve the issue very quickly and gave me a great outcome! I was also really happy to have been contacted by a person rather than an AI bot, it makes the customer experience so much quicker and easier, and for that reason and the quality of their products, I will continue to purchase from here!!
