I recently underwent blepharoplasty and rhinoplasty procedures in Izmir. Dr. Sercan was my surgeon, and my coordinator, Piril Ece Durak, provided exceptional support, organisation, and ensured a smooth, efficient, and safe experience. The doctor demonstrated remarkable professionalism, honesty, and expertise. While the hospital staff were helpful and punctual, there was a limited ability to communicate in English. Despite this, my coordinator, Piril, meticulously monitored every stage of my journey and continues to do so. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hospital, Dr. Sercan, and his team to anyone considering blepharoplasty or rhinoplasty.

ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Moreover, the coordinator's consideration extended to providing me with a detailed breakdown of the weather forecast for the days I would be in town for the surgery. Knowing the expected weather conditions helped me to pack appropriately, further minimizing my stress and allowing me to focus more on my wellbeing and less on logistical concerns. Beautiful hospital,very clean and comfortable. The staff were all super friendly. I had nose surgery, Dr Damla was my surgeon. Very happy with my results, 1 month after my opp and can see a huge difference in my face. Super happy thanks.
