At first glance BNESIM just looks like a lower tier service than most others but weighing the price/features it is actually a decent service. It is one of the few services that offers non-expiring data so that you have the flexibility if you don't have a tight travel plan. I love that you can load up multiple country into a single SIM. However, note that you generally want to do this by region as you might experience higher latency if you add a region to a SIM that was meant for another region. For data plan itself the network connects fine but as with most cheaper plans you might need to select the right network for the best experience as some networks are much slower than others. One drawback is customer service which is slower than most to respond (many other service has live chat). They added an AI bot feature that's almost useless and also respond in email but human replies too at some point.

Account suspended for 5 days — trapped in an AI support loop with constantly changing explanations I have been a BNESIM customer with around 40 active SIMs and 10 Virtual Numbers, many of them with prepaid no-expiration data packages. My account has now been suspended for about 5 days, and the way BNESIM has handled this case is extremely concerning. Initially, I was told that my recent transactions had been flagged as “high-risk” and I was required to complete KYC verification. I cooperated and tried to provide the requested information. The problem is that I use a virtual payment card, so I repeatedly explained that I cannot physically photograph the card in the way their automated instructions request. For days, most of the responses I received came from “Ben the smart assistant”, BNESIM's AI support system. The AI repeatedly told me that my case had been escalated to a human verification team and that a human agent would contact me. But instead of receiving a clear human review, I kept receiving more automated responses repeating the same instructions. Then the explanation suddenly changed. BNESIM later told me that my account was suspended because they suspected that I “may have resold” their services without authorization. So I now have two completely different explanations: High-risk transactions / KYC verification. Suspected unauthorized resale. I have repeatedly asked BNESIM to clearly explain which allegation is actually the reason for the suspension, what specific activity they believe constitutes resale, and what I need to provide to resolve the issue. I still do not have a clear answer. This is particularly serious because the account contains a substantial amount of prepaid service: approximately 40 active SIMs, 10 Virtual Numbers, unused data packages and account credit. I understand that a telecommunications provider has the right to perform fraud and security checks. What I do not consider acceptable is suspending a customer's account for days while giving changing explanations and placing the customer in an endless AI support loop without a clear decision from a responsible human representative. I am asking BNESIM for something very simple: Please have a real human senior support representative review the entire case, state the exact reason for the suspension, and either provide specific evidence of a Terms of Service violation or restore my account if no violation can be established. I will update this review if BNESIM provides a proper human review and resolves the matter fairly.

If your esim doesn't work they will not reply or refund you. I've had this three times by now.

Auch nicht für Geld. Unclaimed ist fair. Claimed gibt das Mikrofon — nicht den Radiergummi.
